International Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Charter Agreement
The University signed an international charter with the following universities in July 2019.
- Keio University
- Northeastern University (USA)
- University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) (USA)
- Imperial College London (UK)
- University of London Royal Holloway (UK)
The InterNational Cyber Security Center of Excellence (INCS-CoE), currently operated by the world’s top 25 universities, has signed an international charter to further develop the cybersecurity field with a view to international industry-government-academia. It has progressed to a stronger international organization than ever before.
This is the world’s first signing of an international charter by the principal, president, and president level of six universities in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. It is expected.

(2)Participate more in international research, policy and education
(3)Promote industry-government-academia collaboration more
Future initiatives include the following.
(1)Trust services in research fields, global supply chain, IoT & OT, etc.
(2)Data Free Flow with Trust in the policy field, information sharing, privacy, etc.
(3)C2C CTF (Country 2 Country Capture the Flag) in the field of education, professional qualifications, doctoral degree.
Since the establishment of the University Cybersecurity Center, we have also worked on cybersecurity collaboration both on and off campus, but now that we have become an important member of such an international organization of cybersecurity, I would like to further accelerate my activities.
