In this project, we aim to realize the securing of IoT space composed of complex IoT equipment, network, server and various information by combining electrical and electronic technology of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and information science technology of Kyushu University It is aiming.

Furthermore, not only research and development, but also human beings who provide IoT space services and people who use the service will conduct training and education to use IoT space safely.

This Center will collaborate with the University of Maryland University Baltimore (UMBC) in the United States to develop lecture programs of basic education and professional education of international standards on cyber security and support the implementation.


 In addition, advanced security technology to counter cyber security attack, advanced technology to make cyber space robust, cyber space such as IoT (Internet of Things), new legal system and human impact on the economy We will conduct a wide range of sustainable research on cyber security.

Outline and details of collaborative research

  • Even if you are subjected to cyber attacks or data from devices in the factory, you can use block chain technology (* 1) and artificial intelligence FPGA (* 2) so that IoT / AI services can be safely operated, We started collaborative research on a secure platform for Smart Factory by implementing it.
    The university Cyber Security Center receives IoT cloud environment / AI model from SkyDisc Co., Ltd. We plan to conduct performance improvement and feasibility study by security algorithm implementation of FPGA implementation.
    * 1 Distributed ledger technology or distributed network. A technology that has a data structure that excels in tamper resistance, and that can achieve both transparency of transactions and protection of privacy.
    * 2 Integrated circuit that can set the configuration after manufacturing
